HOW TO COOK FISHCAKE KAKAP










PERKEDEL IKAN KAKAP





MATERIALS:

150 grams of fresh snapper fish, minced
50 grams of potatoes, cut into small cubes 1 / 2x1 / 2 cm
1 egg
1 leek, thinly sliced
1 sprig of cilantro, finely sliced
1/2 teaspoon fish kecp
1 tablespoon of corn starch
oil for frying

GROUND SPICES:

3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt

HOW TO MAKE:

Stir snapper minced meat, potatoes, eggs, chives, cilantro, spices, and fish sauce, mix well
Enter sago flour, mix well
Flat round shape
Fried in oil that has been heated over medium heat until browned
Last lift and then drain
